By accessing or using T-Mail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

T-Mail provides a temporary, disposable email address service ("10 Minute Mail"). The service is provided free of charge and is intended for privacy protection and testing purposes. Emails and attachments are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted after the session expires.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use T-Mail for any of the following:

• Sending spam, unsolicited emails, or distributing malware.
• Engaging in illegal activities, including fraud, harassment, or phishing.
• Registering for accounts to violate the terms of service of other platforms.
• Any activity that disrupts or interferes with the T-Mail infrastructure.

3. No Warranty

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. T-Mail does not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Incoming emails will be received or processed instantly.
• The service will meet your specific requirements.

4. Data Retention

T-Mail is a temporary service. We accept no responsibility for the loss of emails or attachments. Once a session expires (typically 10 minutes, unless extended), all associated data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall T-Mail or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
